The Safe Communities Opportunity and Resource Centre (SORCe) is a multi-agency collaborative that connects people experiencing homelessness, or those at imminent risk of homelessness, to programs and services that can help to address the barriers to stable housing.
SORCe is located adjacent to the downtown library on the north side of the City Hall C-Train platform:

Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
SORCe is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Hours are subject to change.
*SORCe is closed at 12:00 on the 1st Thursday of each month.
**SORCe will be closed on Monday, February 18 for Family Day.
