The Canadian Mental Health Association provides services and support to individuals and families who are experiencing mental illness. Services aim to help improve mental health, and support individuals in resiliency and recovery. Programs available include early intervention for youth, recreation programs, assistance with employment and housing, and public education for the community.

SOS

The Canadian Mental Health Association Street Outreach and Stabilization (SOS) team provides mental health outreach services at SORCe on an on call basis. The team helps to connect homeless individuals with community services.
